By Cari, on June 8th, 2010% WP AP Chart 6.8.2010
So looking at the chart, maybe it’s not a perfect marriage between APs and WPs. The week ending May 17th was an aberration, however. Big, salty meal the night before WI so I’m willing to write that one off.
The first couple of weeks I didn’t have an HRM but I did my best to track APs. I think the one thing that’s clear is that eating WPs or not have absolutely no bearing on my weight loss.
Last week I operated under the theory that I had 28 WPs because I was pretty much . . . → Keep Going: so maybe it’s not as clear as I thought
By Cari, on May 11th, 2010% Today I lost 3.3 lbs for a total of 28.4. I’m thrilled, in awe. I did not think I could do this. What makes no sense to me. This week I ate 9.5 of my weekies and only earned 11 APs, yet I had a similar loss to two weeks ago when I ate 35+ weeklies and earned 24 APs.
The scale lies and makes no sense. Unfortunately, the same can be said for my measuring tape. I’m losing inches in places I’m not measuring because my clothes almost don’t fit – but I’m not losing in the measurables much . . . → Keep Going: I still don’t understand the scale
By Cari, on May 4th, 2010% I CANNOT believe I’ve lost 25 lbs on WW. I lost a chunk of weight my freshman year in college but I don’t remember what the number was. Know I’m not down as low as I was then because I was wearing a size 10. More on that weight loss in another post.
and this time in a good way. I had no business losing 3.2 this week. It’s TOM, among other things. If nothing else, it proves that my chart (updated below) shows that whether or not I eat my weeklies has no bearing on my weight loss. I’m . . . → Keep Going: I don’t understand the scale
By Cari, on April 27th, 2010% original post WOW what a week!
As of this morning I’m down 3.9 lbs, which brings my overall total to 21.9 lbs in 7 weeks. I hit my 10% almost exactly a month after I got my 5%. I’m not yet sure what my next mini goal is.
The chart is updated below, but I really don’t think this was because I ate all my weeklies and dipped into my APs. I think it’s more a case of a) more activity this week and b) sodium awareness thanks to Tiggertiffin87, kaskinger and sydney 321 in this post.
Eating wise, this . . . → Keep Going: 3.9, 20+, 10%

A follow up from this post, I’ve updated the chart with this week’s loss. The more I think about it, the more my weight loss seems to be tied with whether or not I was OP on the night before WI. The last two weeks I haven’t been, and I wonder if that’s why the weight loss is less – the food still in my stomach?
I tend to wake up with sausage fingers no matter how much I drink. Ugh. Hoping to get a better control on my weekends. Yes I know 1.0lb is normal, no, I’m . . . → Keep Going: APs, WPs and Weight Loss
By Cari, on April 13th, 2010% a follow up to this post I’m further convinced a) scales are weird and b) our bodies are weirder! There’s also no rhyme or reason to when I blow through WPs, although I’ve never used them all and never eaten my APs.
I posted a chart below that I’ve made, mostly for my own interest. It shows “absolute proof” that our bodies are insane. It’s not so much that I’m concerned about “only” .5 this week, I think I’m retaining some water, but it just makes no sense even though my workouts tapered on Sunday and Monday because I’m not . . . → Keep Going: APs, WPs and Pounds lost
