and not BNL’s One Week which is in my head for some inexplicable reason.
I have officially tracked everything for one week. I can’t remember the last time I did that. I’ve tracked about one week with a day or two missing because I didn’t want to face it or some other excuse, but not this time. I really think my head is finally back in the right place to finish this.
and maybe it’s no coincidence that I’m down 6.2 this week. Hello water weight but I’ll take it.

had a not quite totally but still somewhat unexpected off track day yesterday. We went to Asia de Cuba for a friend’s birthday and not only did I not look at the menu beforehand, I also didn’t know it was family style. Double whammy. And I was drinking.

I learned first hand that’s why we have WPs. WW doesn’t mean never eating out. I left the restaurant fearing I’d . . . → Keep Going: Indulging Dinner
Monday was a long week so this week felt like a month. So glad it’s Friday. Going to be a very busy weekend: Massachusetts tomorrow for lunch with my brother’s fiancee’s grandmas and back to NY tomorrow night. Sunday is a Yankees game with my college roommate and her husband and Monday spending the day with them. Recipe for a challenge in staying OP, but I hope that not to be the case especially since I haven’t got to the gym much this week.
Two additional NSV’s today pushing me in the right direction.
