WOW!
That may be a first for me, at least since high school when I was playing soccer. Even that in my position as a striker or right full back wasn’t usually 60m straight. Wish I had the fitness and body now that I did then and thought was “fat”.
But very proud of what I did. I also had gym time Thursday-not sure how long but don’t think it was that long. From my recollection: 10m elliptical, 10m rowing and then bike time. I know it was 5.5 APs
Saturday: 25m elliptical, 35 recumbent bike – 7 APs Sunday: . . . → Keep Going: 60m cardio, 3 days in a row for me
